Role: Senior Product Owner with cloud experience
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Candidates with over 14 years of experience
Work status: H1B, H4 EAD, GC , GC EAD and Citizen only
Responsibilities
8+ Years of recent Product Owner experience required
3+ Years of strong experience with AWS and leading Cloud application development initiatives
Strong experience in AWS services like RDS, EC2, EKS, and Kubernetes
Experience leading Java development projects including use of frameworks/libraries such as Spring, Junit
Experience leading project delivery of microservices and distributed architecture preferred
3+ Years of experience delivering Products working cross functionally with technical and non- technical teams
Understand Kinesis, Kafka or equivalent streaming technology
Experience building features that integrate or leverage cloud ecosystem integrations
SAFe experience required
Prepare backlog for PI Planning and decide which work items become part of the team backlog
Build, refine, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog
Partner in Scrum ceremonies such as iteration planning, iteration reviews, and demos
Help create user stories and define acceptance criteria
Contribute to vision and program Backlog
Meet with stakeholders to ensure features and subsequent stories meet expectations
Drive iteration content by prioritizing user stories
Ability to be organized with strong attention to detail and capable of coordinating multiple viewpoints into a single message
Skilled in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation
Effective communication with different levels of leadership is a must
Ability to anticipate risks, issues and opportunities, and escalate them accordingly to leaders
