Oracle Developer Remote only Boston, MA

Position: Oracle Developer

Location: Remote (CST/EST)

Technical Expertise:

�        Around 8+ years of experience in Oracle cloud or on-prem enterprise environment

�        Hands-on experience with PL/SQL development including triggers, types, procedures, functions.

�        Expert on writing and modify extremely complex SQL queries.

�        Strongknowledge of Oracle Advanced Queues, Oracle Job Scheduler

�        Strongknowledge of programming changes needed for RAC vs non-RAC implementations.

�        Prior work experience in an agile environment and experience with DevOps

�        Experience with ‘Security by Design’ and the 10 security principles (Defense in depth, Secure by default, Least privilege, Separation of duties, Minimize attack surface, complete mediation, open design, isolated compartments, Evidence production, and Application coding best practices)

Roles and Responsibilities:

�        Design system level features.

�        Convert design documents into working applications

�        Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Agile, DevOps, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Unit/automated testing

�        Strongknowledge of performance parameters and assess application performance
