Job Description:
Application Development: Design and develop Pega applications, including case management, workflows, and user interfaces, to meet project specifications.
Technical Expertise: Utilize Pega best practices and methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions and improve application performance.
Integration: Implement integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application design, development processes, and technical specifications.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
