Job Description:

Cognos Framework Manager Model expertise:

·         How to import a new table

·         How to create alias in FM model

·         How to change column name without getting impacted to the reports

·         How to remove column

·         How to add a column

·         How to establish joins between the tables

·         How to remove joins between the tables

Cognos Admin Expertise:

·         How to handle Upgrades

·         How to handle performance issues

·         How to handle schedules effectively

·         Basic and advanced admin level parameters at admin console level and cognos configuration

·         How to perform cognos code deployment

·         How to work on datasource and dataserver connections

·         How to work with data modules

Gxp Expertise:

·         SDLC documentation from start of release to closure.

·         This is the key area where more people are involved including System Manager, Senior Director , QA and Validation Lead.

·         Proper documentation with track changes should be enabled and timely followup and closure is highly needed.

·         Those who knows how to work in Gtest which is commonly known as HP ALM is highly preferrable.
