Role: Solid Delivery Leader with Oracle EBS background
Location – Indianapolis, IN On site from day 1
Rate/Salary – DOE
Resource Type – Any (C2H to FTE)
Their recent past experience (going to the last 4 – 5 years) around Oracle EBS/ Cloud in delivery lead capacity à the candidate should have very good/ strong experience in the recent past years with Oracle EBS/ Cloud and the candidate should be in delivery lead capacity since the last 4 – 5 years. Instead of technical, please look for strong Functional oriented candidates.
Oracle EBS/ Cloud – with SCM domain à the candidate should have solid/ strong Oracle EBS / Cloud experience with SCM background. (The account team does not wish to get profiles that are Finance, HR or others)
More PRM-centric profiles à the profiles can be more “Program Manager/ Delivery Lead” type folks.
Comm skills and other candidates should have exceptional communication skills and should be “presentable”.
Target companies (suggestion) à the account team prefers to have people from similar SI’s…viz. Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant.
