RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exp: 8+ Will be okay with at least 2-3 years of Copado exp.
Good to Have: Need Someone from Healthcare / Biotechnology /Life
Sciences/Pharma etc, background (At Least One Project).

Must have & Preferred skills:
• Experience Cloud and CMS familiarity is a must
• Copado Certification, Salesforce Certification

Required Skills:
• Overall 8+ years of total IT experience
• 7+ years of experience as a salesforce developer, salesforce
administrator, DevOps engineer, and architect
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as Copado deployment manager or
lead for salesforce applications, preferably for community cloud,
health cloud, service cloud, or experience cloud.
• Must have Copado certification and salesforce certification
• Has hands-on experience setting up Copado CI/CD pipeline and
managing DevOps for complex multi-channel salesforce setup.
• Experience in Copado, Gitlab, Salesforce Experience cloud,
salesforce health cloud, salesforce integrations, salesforce marketing
cloud, Interaction Studio, web technologies
• Can set up and manage multiple interdependent or independent Copado
branches for multiple orgs across multiple functional organizations
within the Client and across multiple regions.
• Can deploy salesforce code using Copado for multiple development
teams on demand and within the CICD DevOps model.
• Can identify and debug deployment-related issues and can provide a
quick resolution to develop leads and the Client”s IT leadership
• Being a salesforce developer can also be a solutioning guide to
multiple salesforce development teams as needed.
• Has a clear understanding of distributed system reference models and
cloud-based web applications.
