Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Tech Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake SQL and Snowflake Work Model. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities : –

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

– Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

– Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

– Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

– Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including any issues or risks.

– Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.

– Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders.

– Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

– Utilize Snowflake SQL to analyze data and generate insights that inform project decisions.

– Implement Snowflake Work Model best practices to optimize project workflows and efficiency.

– Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

– Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages team collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications –

– Possess a strong background in project management with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

– Have expertise in Snowflake SQL, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

– Demonstrate proficiency in Snowflake Work Model, optimizing workflows and project efficiency.
