Role: Web Developer Angular

Location: Piscataway, NJ(onsite)

Responsibilities:

1.     Design, develop, implement and unit test code.

2.     Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including planning meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.

3.     Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality.

4.     Debug and Fix production issues quickly.

5.     Collaborate with UX designers to match visual design intent and maintain graphical standards.

6.     Timely status reporting to Managers.

7.     Understand and Analyze project Risk and provide risk mitigation.

Required:

1.     Minimum of 10 years total experience as an engineer doing web development with Angular, Javascript, CSS and bootstrap.

2.     Strong experience in application design, design patterns and performance tuning.

3.     Strong experience in HTML5, Javascript, Angular and CSS.

4.    Good understanding of web performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility issues, and ways to work around them.

5.     Strong experience in using GIT, Confluence, Jira.

6.     Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles.

7.     Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality.

8.    Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services environment.

9.     Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

10.  Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.

11.  Ability to manage your time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

1.     Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.

2.     Experience working in Publication domain.

3.     Experience using Confluence and JIRA.

4.     Familiarity with Agile methodologies and willingness to participate in Agile processes.
