Role: Salesforce BA with Marketing cloud Pardot
Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)
Salesforce admin cum BA with Pardot and account engagement experience. The person should have worked as a BA developed and implemented solutions based on the requirements collected from business.The person should be able to demonstrate his understanding by building a demo based on the case study provided by the client during the interview process.
Must have:
BAs with Marketing cloud / Pardot certified person with implementation experience
Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
Salesforce admin cum BA with Pardot and account engagement experience.
JD:
Strong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel & End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud
Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight
Keen understanding of system security and controls
Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Agile SCRUM Master certification (preferred)
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (required)
