JD:

Comfortable documenting acceptance criteria

? Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives
? Create and maintain system and user documentation
? Coordinate and conduct testing and user training
? Provide regular verbal and written reports to management
? Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation
? Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
 Highly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
? Data analysis experience a plus
? Knowledge of BI Tools a plus
? Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools required

Contract Structure: Both roles will begin as contract positions, with the potential to convert to permanent roles based on performance and business needs.
Systems Analyst Location: The primary location is Agoura Hills, though we are open to candidates based in TX.

Additional Details for the Systems Analyst Role:

Proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting, is required. Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.
A willingness to utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot is expected.
