Job Title: IBM DataPower Consultant

 

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid Onsite)

 

Duration: Long-Term Contract C2C

Important Notes:

 

· Candidates should be open to relocating to the client location.

 

· Minimum 8+ years of overall industry experience required.

 

· This is an onsite/hybrid role; remote work is not available.

 

· Client is open to discussing rates for strong and suitable candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataPower along with application development and production support experience.

 

· Experience working with XI52, IDG, and X3 devices. Exposure to XB50/52 and XC10 devices is an added advantage.

 

· Hands-on experience creating and managing WSP, XFW, MPGW, FSH, and Log Targets.

 

· Strong understanding of AAA policies, Certificates, and Encryption.

 

· Expertise in XSLT programming, XML, SOA, JavaScript, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, and REST APIs.

 

· Experience with JSON to XML, XML to JSON, and JSON to SOAP transformations using XSLT.

 

· Experience creating XML/JSON schemas and working with WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX).

 

· Strong troubleshooting and error-handling skills within DataPower environments.

 

· Knowledge of DP Extension Functions.

 

· Familiarity with SoapUI, Postman, and testing tools; JMeter knowledge is a plus.

 

· Experience with Splunk and ELF monitoring/logging tools.

 

· Ability to design, build, test, document, and implement software applications.

 

· Support production environments, maintenance activities, and technical consulting.

 

· Ability to work flexible hours and support production activities when required.
