Core Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

Design end-to-end IAM/IGA solutions using Saviynt.
Define architecture for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems like HRMS, Active Directory, ERP (e.g., SAP), and cloud apps.
2. Implementation & Deployment

Lead or oversee Saviynt implementation projects.
Configure modules like:
Identity Governance
Access Requests
Role Management
Certification campaigns
Ensure proper onboarding of applications and connectors.
3. Identity Lifecycle Management

Define workflows for joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes.
Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Ensure least privilege access is enforced.
4. Access Governance & Compliance

Implement controls for:
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Access certifications
Audit reporting
Ensure compliance with regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
5. Role & Entitlement Modeling

Design enterprise role models (RBAC).
Define business roles, IT roles, and entitlement structures.
Optimize role mining and reduce access complexity.
6. Integration & Customization

Work with APIs, REST services, and connectors.
Customize workflows, rules, and policies using Saviynt scripting.
Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
7. Performance & Scalability

Ensure the system handles large user volumes efficiently.
Optimize performance of jobs, campaigns, and workflows.
8. Security & Risk Management

Align IAM architecture with enterprise security frameworks.
Identify and mitigate identity-related risks.
Implement zero-trust principles where applicable.
9. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with:
Security teams
Compliance/audit teams
Business units
IT operations
Translate business requirements into IAM solutions.
10. Governance & Best Practices

Define IAM standards and best practices.
Provide guidance to developers and engineers.
Review configurations and enforce governance policies.
