Role: Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer
Location : Chicago,IL (onsite)
Visa : USC,GC, OPT EAD ONLY
Experience : 8+ years
Job Description:Â
- Strong experience in AWS services including EC2, S3, Route53, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS,
- DynamoDB, VPC, ACM, and KMS
- Terraform, Jenkins, and/or Chef automation
- Cloud Foundry environments
- Strong expertise with Git
- Strong experience with Concourse CI/CD including pipeline setup, management, and troubleshooting
- Advanced Linux administration experience (SUSE and Ubuntu)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Zookeeper, and Big Data technologies
- Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, operations, and cluster management
- Cloud infrastructure automation and deployment engineering
- Experience building and supporting monitoring and observability tools
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, databases, SaaS platforms, networking, virtualization, and internet protocols
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT field preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in global environments
