Job Description:

We are looking for a Test Automation Architect with deep expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and mobile test automation. This role requires leading the architecture of automation strategies, building scalable frameworks, and overseeing the integration of mobile testing solutions with modern CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement robust test automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, Appium, and Selenium.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
Set up and manage mobile device farms for distributed testing.
Create Grafana dashboards to monitor test automation metrics and system health in real-time.
Lead automation strategy for Appium-based mobile testing, with expertise in XCUITest and UIAutomator.
Establish and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies across QA projects.
Drive Shift Left and in-sprint testing methodologies across development teams.
Design and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Define and enforce coding standards, automation best practices, and technical governance.
Mentor QA Engineers, Test Leads, and cross-functional teams on automation and architecture.
Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Architecture teams to align on delivery and tooling.
 

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and Robot Framework.
Deep expertise in mobile automation testing using Appium, with knowledge of XCUITest (iOS) and UIAutomator (Android).
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar UI automation tools.
Experience building frameworks from scratch in Python-based automation environments.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and Shift Left testing strategies.
Strong experience in Test Data Management (TDM) and QA tooling governance.
Skilled in configuring dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
