BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT MANAGER – NEW YORK

LUXURY FRENCH BRAND

Key Responsibilities:

Support in leading a boutique team of up to 14 employees within a flagship environment.
Inspire and motivate daily fostering ownership and accountability.
KPI’s, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 -3 to 5 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with an Luxury or Premium brand.
Demonstrated experience of managing a high volume turnover location with a large team and managing a high level of client experience.
Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM and payroll administration.
Offering:

Salary $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.
