Title:- Application Development Lead
Location:- Irving, TX 75063 (3 days onsite per week)

Contract Only

Note:- This role needs resources to work in an office with a client. There is no scope for remote work for this role.

Responsibilities:-

As an Application Lead, will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in ASP.NET Core is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Azure DevOps is recommended. .NET SQL Server with Advanced proficiency, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) with Intermediate proficiency, React.js with Intermediate proficiency, and Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS with Intermediate proficiency are suggested.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features

·       Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
