Job Duties:
Requirements:
– AEM Expertise: Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, implementation, and integration, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.
– Retail Domain Experience: Experience working in the retail domain, understanding retail business requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs.
– Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in AEM development, including Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
– Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Role Archetypes:
– Product Owner: Defines vision and strategy, owns delivery and maintenance of the solution, and prioritizes needs and addresses risks.
– Technical Architect: Provides integration expertise, works with Product Owner to map technical milestones, and provides deep technical knowledge of AEM.
– Development Team: Provides AEM expertise, executes new transformative milestones with Technical Architect.
– Content Authors and Reviewers: Applies content, delivers communication issues and concerns, and works within the style system and governance framework.¹
Essential Skills:
– AEM Development: Strong experience with AEM development, including component development, template development, and workflow management.
– Content Management: Understanding of content management principles, including content strategy, governance, and workflows.
– Integration: Experience with integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
– Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify solutions.
Nice to Have:
– Certifications: Adobe AEM certifications, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification.
– Experience with Other Adobe Products: Experience working with other Adobe products, such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics.
– Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile development environments, with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
