- Expert in migrating Jira projects from Cloud to On-Prem Data Center instance or from on-Prem server to Data Center instance
- Expert in installation and upgrade of Jira and confluence instance
- Level 2 and Level 3 Support of Atlassian tool – Jira, confluence
- Project creation, configuration, workflow creation, custom fields, Script Fragments, Script Console, condition/validator/post function workflow scripts, script listeners, scheduled jobs, REST endpoints, and behaviors
- Support hours – 9 AM ET – 5 PM ET
- Expert in Jira administration and configuration
- Experienced in Atlassian REST API’s and Atlassian SDK Toolkit
- Experienced in Identifying, debugging, and troubleshooting application performance-related issues in production.
- Having experience leading multiple teams and projects.
- Good knowledge of Jira usage with other DevOps tools
- Good to have knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, qTest, TOSCA, ALM
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience working with Clients directly
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under time constraints.
- Experience working in Onshore-Offshore Model
