Job Description in Details:
Onboarding Lead – Onsite
- At least 12 years of experience in Learning programs with at least 5 years’ experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements
- Good Consulting and implementation experience in ONB 2.0 Module for USA Clients
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutions
Technical Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors modules and working experience in solution extensions.
- Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using BTP the platform
- Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions

BGV Package Details: Specific BGV vendor name if client has mandated
BGV Outcome needed Before or After Onboarding
Drug Test Required-Yes
Drug Test Required Type of Drug Test
(Yes/No ) (5 PT,7PT etc.,)
BGC Components:
1. SSN Verification and Trace
2. Criminal County Search (7 year address history for all physical locations where the candidate has resided or worked. For eg: if the candidate’s employer is based out of Dallas, TX, but the candidate never visited Dallas and he/she is physically working at a client location in Atlanta, GA, then the Atlanta client location address needs to be included in the Criminal check and not the Dallas, TX address. This is very important)
3. Criminal Federal Search (7 year address history for all physical locations where the candidate has resided or worked. This is similar to the above county checks )
4. Multi state Criminal check
5. International Criminal Search, only applicable to those candidates, who have spent time outside of US in the last 7 years
