Business systems analysis experience on analytics projects working directly with business & technical teams in an agile development environment 2. 5+ years of relevant experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics 3. Proficient in SQL with Ability to code complex SQL queries 4. Deep analytical skills, strong out-of-the-box thinking, curiosity, and strong business intuition; can connect the dots between disparate data sources to drive insight 5. Strong organization & project management skills. Able to structure a project from idea to design/prototype to implementation 6. Work in a matrix & collaborative environment with solution management, architects and “virtual” functional teams across multiple geographies 7. Work in a fast-paced startup like environment Preferred Qualifications: 1. Ownership mindset – You are passionate about your ‘product’ – you’d never call code “released” until you’re confident it’s correct, monitored, documented, and tested 2. Basic/Intermediate Data Visualization or story telling skills (Tableau/PowerBi) 3. Worked with big data tools and technologies like Hadoop, Presto, Snowflake 4.
