Must have skills – “LifeScience Domain knowledge Scrum Certified” Responsibilities: • Manage the project timeline • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups • Coach team members in Agile frameworks • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur • Help teams implement changes effectively • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it Desired Knowledge: • Preferred candidate with LifeScience domain knowledge • CSM certified is must • Working experience in Agile Methodology • Project Management Professional (PMP)certification is a plus Qualification: • Excellent written skills in English • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills • Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) • High level of initiative with the ability to be self-motivated • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively • Should work well independently and in collaboration with other teams (offshore & onshore) in various time zones.
