Role : AWS Architect
Location: Remote
Duration : Long term
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Must have:
· Understand project scope & suggested Architecture for cloud application.
· Define AWS architecture and infrastructure configuration
· Design cloud components and support the Database design
· Develop application code in AWS environment and support the same.
· Port extracted set of APIs to Lambda or ECS containers in AWS.
· Develop DevOps and automation for AWS
· Design & Configure AWS components and Develop Lambda Functions
· Proven experience in designing, developing and guiding teams in micro/lean services architecture
· Migrating on-prem monolithic application(s) to API based architecture with docker/container deployment on cloud or on-prem
· Experience in Architecting JEE Applications
Technical Skills:
· Strong/Hands-on experience on Skills in AWS – Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Route 53, CloudWatch, S3
· Good Experience/Knowledge of Node JS, Typescript, Serverless Framework
· Good experience in RESTful APIs and integrations
· Good Experience in ElasticSearch
· Fair Experience in building Terraform scripts
· Fair experience in JMeter, Flood.io Cloud Load testing
· Good experience in Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git
· Good exposure to database fundamentals including development of complex database queries
· Good experience on development of automated unit test cases and mocking patterns
· Good exposure to automated review process using rule set (PMD, Checkstyle, FindBugs, and Squid). Exposure to SONAR is a plus.
· Proven experience on high level and low level design (Good knowledge of UML design is a preferred)
