Role: Appian Development Lead

Location: SFO, CA (Onsite from Day 1)

Type: Contract

Who are we looking for?

Overall 8+  years of experience in Appian Development and experience in leading 5-6 development team size.

Technical Skills:

·         Expertise in Appian Technology

·         Hands-on experience in application development using Appian latest version

·         Experience in using API/Micro services

·         Knowing in packaging and deploying Appian application packages

·         Knowing in monitoring and debugging Process Model Instances

·         Design and development of relational database schemas and SQL

·         Experience in Requirement gathering and analysis.

·         Experience in efficient design of applications based on the requirement.

·         Agile team experience is preferred.

·         DevOps Experience will be an advantage.

Process Skills:

·         Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process

·         Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

·         Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and  contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

·         Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

·         Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project

·         Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

·         Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

·         Preferably Engineering
