Tech Skills:
- Looking for AI/GenAI engineers.
- Are they expected to develop models from scratch, fine-tune pre-trained models, or integrate existing AI solutions? All depending on the use cases assigned to them or an innovative idea.
- Models will be deployed in POC/MVP stage
- Need to build and demonstrate at least 3 prototypes in 6 months
- Will they be experimenting across all 3 platforms – Google Model Garden, Amazon Bedrock, and Nvidia Nim? Or should we prioritize one over the other
- Required extensive custom model development, and leverage existing pre-trained models and APIs – for exploring and prototyping purpose only.
- TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- 5-15 years hands on experience.
Soft Skills:
Looking for AI/ML Engineers who could build prototypes, PoCs and MVPs using the LATEST AI/GenAI capabilities.
Looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about exploring emerging AI/GenAI capabilities.
Should explore things on their own, come up with creative ideas, demonstrates divergent thinking and convergent actions when it comes to solving problems….
Should able to work on 2 or 3 initiatives at a time. This is mainly because we hit roadblocks, and many times resources would have to wait to get the access issues resolved or wait for the vendor to respond or wait for internal stakeholders to provide the data.
Resource should not just take order takers who sit and wait for things to happen when they run it to roadblocks.
These are remote positions.
Want to make sure that resources are willing to give 100% of their time to our initiatives.
Not looking for someone who works on 2 different jobs at the same time.
