Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Windows Engineer for one of our clients.
Role: Windows Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ / Columbus, OH (Day 1 onsite)
Duration: Contract
Actual Work: Enhance or add new functionality to the existing PowerShell / VB Scripts as per the requirement. It includes testing of the scripts.
Building windows box and how to build this in the application in an automated passion.
Primary Skills :
Resource must have at least 5 years working as an MS Windows engineer with hands on knowledge on Windows Server 2019 and Windows 2010 enterprise workstation.
Develop and implement business solutions using PowerShell, VBScripts, Terraform and MS Sql2019
Ability to write scripts and validation routines for MS Sql 2019.
Working knowledge of USB and network attached peripheral devices on Windows 10 workstation would be a bonus.
Working experience with unattended installation and repave in production environments.
Understanding of runtime environments and their KPIs (CPU, memory, storage, IO/ networking)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick changes in details or direction is required.
Working knowledge of network load balancing and its implementation.
Good Understanding of Agile Methodology
Secondary Skills:
Knowledge and experience with Argo Data software is a nice to have.
Knowledge of CICD pipelines like Jenkins etc.
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
