Skill Set required:         

  • SCCM Administration, Application Package Deployment through SCCM, Crowd Strike, Windows OS,
  • Microsoft Office and Software Licensing requirements

Job Description:

  • As a EUC Lead, should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.
  • Manage Service delivery and operations for EUC, Service Desk, Desk side Support, Desktop Engineering and Remote Desktop teams
  • Ensure quick resolution during crisis and compliance tracking for all contractual items
  • Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.
  • Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with teams; work with offshore and onsite teams to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management; participate in service governance meetings
  • Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Drive service improvement programs.
  • Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined, perform trend analysis, identify major and repeated incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems
  • Providing general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
  • Supporting and assisting colleagues and working with other support groups and vendors for solving level two issues
  • Developing strategies, assisting with designs
