Position: Salesforce Business Analyst with CRM
Location: Hartford CT
Duration: 6 months
Min 10 yrs. of experience as business analyst / Process consultant in CRM, with Salesforce CRM implementation experience
Good knack to map end to end Sales process & identify variations based on dimensions like geo, product line, distribution channel, user groups etc.
Experienced to recommend business leadership the best practices to enable Sales processes in Salesforce
Experienced to acknowledge cohesion of Sales process with other processes like Marketing, Service, eCommerce, Order delivery, Forecasts etc. & acknowledge integrations.
Experienced to understand business needs & recommend solutions based on cost & benefits to address their challenges.
Experienced to document process flows (Level 3 & Level 4), write user stories & articulate use cases with right level of detail for technical team to understand expected functionalities in Salesforce.
Able to liaison between business & IT teams and drive implementation of Salesforce by being voice of business before IT.
Able to identify UAT scenarios & hand hold end users to adopt solution.
