The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst, under the general direction of the Sr. HRIS Analyst, is responsible for data and processes across the HRIS landscape, ensuring data integrity and process efficiencies are being maintained throughout. The role will focus primarily on operational responsibilities surrounding the management of these processes and data.
Key HRIS responsibilities include:
·Most of the day-to-day responsibilities is going to be working with SAP Personal Administration and Organizational Management- entering terminations, moving reporting relationships, adding new positions, new hires etc.
·Provide analytical reports (Excel dashboards, SAP queries, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) for various department leaders, monitoring vendor interface files for accuracy, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and increase automation.
·Working closely with the Talent Acquisition staff to ensure new hires are entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all required paperwork is correctly completed and accounted for.
·Responsible for maintaining the organizational structures and various positional relationships required in SAP R3.
·Support other system users (both internal and external to HR) to ensure processing forms and requirements are understood and completed accurately and timely.
·Assist Sr. HRIS Analyst on various initiatives; developing documentation, conducting end-user training, and testing as required.
·In conjunction with the Sr. HRIS Analyst, this position is responsible for contributing to the overall development of the HRIS function.
·Develops, implements and request system modification as appropriate.
·Develops and maintains reports to meet management requests and needs for human resources related information for various levels / individuals.
·Under the general direction of the Sr. Analyst, serves as a project lead for the implementation of various HRIS / payroll system initiatives, as assigned.
·Responsible for processes within the organization’s HRIS and Payroll systems.
·Responsible for auditing HR data and the accuracy of information provided to Management and HR.
·Analyzes work process design and recommends improvements to maximize technological capabilities.
·Supports system upgrades, patches, user acceptance testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
·5 years related experience with SAP HCM
·Specialized training in: SAP HR-Organizational Mgmt. & Personnel Admin Maintenance
·Intermediate / Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, If-Statements) & PowerPoint (graphs).
·Working knowledge of SAP & ADP (SuccessFactors a plus)
·Exhibits strong business communication skills including oral and written communications, presentation, and public speaking skills.
·Work effectively in a multi-nation team environment, interfacing with all levels of the organization.
·Ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
