Local candidates will be preferred.
Need atleast 2 years of Java Development & Automation experience.
Description: QA Analyst has experience in testing front and backend solutions, such as (and not limited to) APIs, backend databases, management systems, websites and mobile applications. He/she is able to test using tools (e.g. web proxies, debug consoles) as well as manual testing
• Partner with Development, Design, and Product teams to understand the testing requirements for new feature development based on statements of work, user stories, user flows, and wireframes
• Develop and execute manual test cases as necessary, while communicating with team members on remaining work and timeline to completion
• Identify, document, and appropriately escalate bugs, issues, and formatting errors when testing; verify defect resolution
• Implement software testing methodologies, models and practices as required, and be able to adapt to development workflows
• Provide updates to QA Lead regarding progress
Required Skills:
• 2+ year of software testing experience
• An eagle eye for detail
• Adaptability and flexibility for changing processes and product requirements
• Clear and concise written communication
• At least two years experience driving test validation efforts to support product quality and services
• At least two years experience implementing data validation/quality (usage of tools such as Informatica, Trillium Quality or Matilion)
• At least two years experience using test/application management tools like Jira, XRay, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• At least two years hand-on experience in one or more scripting languages like Perl, Python, Bash
• At least two years of API and automation experience with tools such as ReadyAPI, Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, Appium
• At least two years experience working with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, and Virtualization
• At least two years experience using Database Systems like Sequel Server or Oracle
• Minimum two years experience using Java, C#, or other Object Oriented programming languages
• Minimum two years experience working in cloud computing environments such as Microsoft Azure
• At least one year hands on experience querying databases using SQL, performing data mining and working with data analysis involving business metrics
• At least one year experience with modernizing a legacy test automation codebase
• At least one year experience creating metrics to measure quality over time
Nice to Have:
• Experience with system and application performance measurement and troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with modern web infrastructure technologies, clustering, load-balancing, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with MuleSoft
• Familiarity with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack
