Must-Have

1.       AirWatch Professional Certification preferred + minimum four years of relevant work experience with mobile devices.

2.       Microsoft Office 365 MCSA certification preferred

3.       Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices

4.       Experience Windows server 2008/2012 installation and maintenance

5.       Three years of AirWatch MDM administration and support.

6.       Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills.

7.       Intermediate Microsoft SQL and PowerShell skills required.

8.       On-call and available to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends.

9.       Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the customer and management

10.   Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

 

1.       Responsible for tracking of device inventory in the MDM cloud environment and performing audits of the AirWatch system.

2.       Telephone, e-mail and on-site problem diagnosis and resolution.

3.       Systems Administration of the MDM AirWatch cloud.

4.       Administering and maintaining of the AirWatch Installation and configuration systems at the client’s with level 4 support. Be a mentor and work with other vendors and on-site vendors that support the MDM, Microsoft Office 365, and telecommunication systems.

5.       Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment.

6.       Provide support for loading commercial off-the-shelf and in-housed develop mobile applications into the AirWatch application catalog and help deployment of those applications.

7.       Liaison with Client business units and AirWatch consultants for installations, deployments and, troubleshooting of new AirWatch releases and also evaluate new OS mobile device releases for IOS, Android, and Windows.

8.       Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.

9.       Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

10.   Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.

11.   Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions.

12.   Interface with the Microsoft Office 365 cloud with ActiveSync in the current AirWatch cloud and support the development of new MDM non AirWatch solutions.
