·         Life Science Clinical domain SME with SAS
·         Location: Summit, NJ
·         Start Date: 2/10/2021
·         Rate: $65.00 Per hour
·         Client: Cognizant

Experience: 8+ years

• Excellent programming experience in SAS software and programming
  • Experience in SAS BI architecture and code design
  • Experience working on business rules extraction from SAS
  • Understanding of data management principles for clinical trials and medical research
  • Applied knowledge of advanced statistical models
  • Good understand of end to end SAS Biostats environment (The file systems involved, input from a CDR or EDC systems, the output reports applications, etc).
  • Be able to articulate and propose future state (moving to cloud) of SAS environments in a M&A situation.
• Fair understanding of latest versions of SAS capabilities would help in business discussions

 
Responsibilities
•                  Accountable for all aspects of Clinical Data Standards delivery within assigned discipline including the strategy and planning to ensure the successful development and maintenance of end-to-end s data and reporting standards in one or more disciplines of data acquisition and tabulation, analysis and reporting and/or regulatory data submission across multiple disease/therapeutic areas and drug development phases
•                  Lead the technical review and assessment of industry and regulatory standards and technologies supporting regular gap/impact analysis and implementation of action plans where needed.
•                  Act as an expert consultant /SME providing Clinical Data Standards input to all relevant areas including electronic data capture/database programming, edit check programming, report programming, electronic data loads, IVR technology, electronic patient reported outcomes, metadata management and/or other clinical data management or analysis data and TFL-related systems
