Job Description:

The Enterprise Architect role is responsible for the technical design, integration, implementation and support of complex business solutions for  IT systems. This includes:

• Serve as primary technical expert to internal groups, business and Information Services, for the Enterprise architecture aspects of each project
• Analyze business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how the system can best be architected to fulfill those needs
• Collaborate with delivery teams to provide Enterprise solutions that align with the needs of clients and businesses
• Perform hands-on solution design of software applications
• Define technology strategy, roadmaps
• Collaborate with  business stakeholders and internal colleagues to determine the organization’s goals, developing architectural artifacts like matrices and diagrams, and analyzing the viability of an organizational change
• Determine and implement build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel,
• Work with organizational stakeholders to create a holistic view of an organization's overall strategy

 

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years’ relevant, related experience
• Strong  experience is highly preferred.
• Analysis and design
• Modeling and graphical representations and abstractions. Actual experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework Management (e.g. prioritization, trade-off analysis, psychology)
• Team leadership
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in system architecture
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations
• Must be able to work both with a team and individually to accomplish objectives
• Self-Starter that takes the lead to identify areas of opportunity and innovates to improve
